GatorEvals Faculty Excellence & Advancement (FEA)

The Office of the Provost has contracted with Academic Analytics to provide a new platform designed to streamline and elevate the faculty evaluation and advancement experience. This effort is being guided by the Office of the Provost under the auspices of the Faculty Excellence and Advancement (FEA) initiative that aims to ease the faculty evaluation, promotion and tenure processes through a single point-of-entry that will provide enhanced functionality and improved consistency.

For cases involving only promotion, include evaluations only since your last promotion, not to exceed ten years.

If you have any questions as to the accuracy or completeness of the data, send an email to GatorEvals-Support@ufl.edu. Any inaccuracies must be corrected in the database to be permanent. If any corrections are made in the Evaluation database, you will need to save and reload the template again as a PDF file. Do NOT remove the summary of all teaching evaluations sections.

NOTE: The departmental and college means are calculated using only either undergraduate or graduate courses, depending on the level of the course being evaluated. Evaluations within the past five years from another institution can be added to the Further Information section.
